Who we are
Platd is a coaching platform connecting fitness coaches with their clients. This policy covers the Platd coach dashboard and mobile app.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), coaching data you create (client links, programs, messages), and content clients log (workouts, meal photos, goals). We also collect basic, privacy-friendly product analytics — only if you consent via the cookie banner.
How we use it
To provide the coaching service, sync data between coach and client, send notifications you ask for, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Storage & retention
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + object storage) in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Meal photos auto-expire after 60 days. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Third parties
We use Supabase (hosting/database), PostHog (analytics, consent-gated), and Razorpay (coach payments). Each processes data under its own terms.
